Lost item after reborn

ok maybe u not understand what i mean with it..
ok let me tell u .

first i make a noob named justForuseGEar <-- i use this chart to make a bless item..

it succesfully with my tower.

on the second reborn.
i try to make a bleesed Miracolus Groud.
but i ssuprissed when see the Miracolus is gone.
what happen?
is this a bug?
can u help me?
any1?

mirac gourd is bugged and it dissapear.
